Return and Exchange

By shopping on www.bigghome.com.tr, all customers agree to the following terms of warranty, returns, and cancellations.

Returns

You may request a return for a purchased product within 14 business days from the date you receive it from the courier. To initiate a return, you must email info@bigghome.com.tr or contact the office at +90 216 538 52 51 under the following conditions:

• Do not send the product back without first contacting us for confirmation.
• Return shipments must be sent through Mng Kargo with the delivery note that came with the product. Shipping costs will be covered by Bigghome.
• Clearly indicate whether the package is for a return or exchange. For exchanges, specify the product/size you want.

Conditions for Returns

Returns must comply with:

• Article 13 (“Right of Withdrawal”)
• Article 14 (“Non-Eligible Products for Withdrawal”)
  of the Distance Sales Agreement.

Returns must meet the following conditions:

1. The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
2. All standard accessories must be intact, undamaged, and included with the product.
3. Custom-made products for specific occasions (e.g., New Year’s, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day) cannot be returned.
4. Custom-designed jewelry or accessories made exclusively for you (as per the "Designer" category) are not eligible for return.
5. Products modified from the original listing (e.g., rings resized differently from what is listed on the site) are non-returnable.
6. Products damaged due to user error (e.g., drops, impacts) cannot be returned.
7. Devices like power banks and headphones must have intact protective seals, with no scratches, damages, impacts, or liquid contact on the screen or device.
8. Synthetic leather products may sustain permanent damage from chemicals, and the company is not responsible for such issues.

If the return is approved by Bigghome, a replacement product will be sent to you.

Refunds

Once the returned product arrives at our warehouse in Samandıra, it will undergo inspection. Upon approval, the refund or exchange process will be completed within 14 business days.

• The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your bank or card account depends on your bank’s processing time.
• For payments made via wire transfer/EFT, refunds will be processed to your IBAN account. Ensure that you share your IBAN details with us by emailing info@bigghome.com.tr.
• For installment payments via credit card, the full refund will be made to your card’s bank in a single transaction. However, banks may refund the amount to your card in monthly installments based on the original payment plan. Bigghome has no control over this, so please contact your bank for details.
• If you used a free shipping promotion and return part of the order, causing the remaining total to no longer meet the promotion’s terms, the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.

Cancellations

If your order is completely canceled, the refund will be processed and reflected in your account within 14 days of confirmation. For urgent issues, please contact the office at +90 216 538 52 51.

Warranty

All products are covered by manufacturer and importer warranties against factory defects.
